OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - DISTILLERY
THE COMPANY
58andCo are an independent, B-Corp certified distillery based in Haggerston, East London making a range of premium drinks including gin and vodka. Sustainability is a core value at 58andCo and we are looking for a Distillery Operations Coordinator to help us deliver our premium products to customers in the most effective and sustainable way.
THE ROLE
Job Purpose: The Distillery Operations Coordinator will report to the Managing Director, working alongside all teams, (Sales/Finance/Distillery/Gin School) to manage the core elements of the business. You will be responsible for fulfilling sales orders, invoicing and accounts, distillery & gin school operations, client relations and administration.
We are looking for a super organised self-starter to help drive 58andCo forward and be hands on in the day to day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Processing and dispatching sales orders & invoices
- Handling new and existing customer and supplier relations and communications
- Managing inventory and ordering as required
- Assisting with bottling/packaging in the distillery
- Assisting with set up and preparation for gin school/events
- Weekly reporting to the Managing Director
- Ad Hoc office administration
- Ensuring B-Corp and sustainability goals are adhered to
WORKING FOR US
The ideal candidate will have:
-2 years’ experience in a supply chain business
- Retail, hospitality or sales experience an advantage
- Great communicator
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Experience with Xero/Unleashed an advantage
- Super organised, excellent eye for detail
- Ability to think on your feet
We are looking for someone who can join a small team and bring enthusiasm and who has an appetite to achieve. You must be able to manage projects single handed from start to finish and deliver the results.
This role has the potential to influence all areas of 58andCo. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the position and grow within this dynamic, ethical and independent company.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
