NFU Mutual’ s Agency in Moreton-in-Marsh is recruiting for a full time Sales and Service Advisor to join our growing team.
The Role:
- Process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional NFU Mutual insurance products and services.
- Pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling
- Introduce NFU Mutual’s range of Financial Services products.
- Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach.
What we’re looking for:
- Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
- A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
- Someone who shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
- Sales and/or customer service experience is required
- Previous experience in insurance is advantageous but not essential
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

- Full time Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Also first Saturday in September to assist with Moreton Show.
There may, on occasion, be a requirement to work from our sister site in Cheltenham also so flexibility would be required.

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
