Job Summary
- Full time Trainee/Apprentice Fruit Production Operative required to join a small team at our fruit farms based near Tonbridge; Cobham near Gravesend or Wingham near Canterbury.
- Pay: £9.65 to £10.15 per hour depending on experience
- Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime as agreed

Job Description
- Tractor driving and machinery operation, including:
- Orchard spraying of apples, blackcurrants and vines
- Application of fertiliser and plant production products
- Operating a range of power-driven machinery
- Tractor driving, including moving fruit and bins
- Harvest work, including forklift operation and use of orchard platforms
- Undertake tasks associated with orchard management:
- Planting and orchard establishment
- Pruning and thinning
- Canker management, sucker removal, tree tying
- Equipment and machinery maintenance
- Maintain records and attend meetings
- Undertake any other duties as requested
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic levels of maths and English
