The role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategy both in the UK and globally. An inspiring, hands-on leader, you’ll play a key role in defining the tone of voice and brand messaging, working with all internal teams to deliver consistent messages, brand values, look and feel.
This is a new role and responsibilities will include ownership and delivery of our annual marketing calendar, expansion into new activities as well as our approach to partnerships.
As a small growing business, we welcome applications from those who have worked in ecommerce businesses, subscription models, successful, busy start-ups and those who have worked in the luxury, health or beauty sectors.
How you’ll dazzle us
Ideally you have experience working in a fast-paced start-up or scale up environment and have luxury/tech e-retail experience. As well as being comfortable using Microsoft Office software, you have impeccable organisation skills and enjoy working in a collaborative way with other departments and teams.
You should have a proven track record creating, delivering and measuring high profile marketing campaigns and developing a strong digital brand presence, demonstrating creativity, positivity and the ability to converse at all levels of management. Displaying exceptional written and verbal communication skills you have critical attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
It’s important that you have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines/targets.
