We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Shop Manager in our Fast Paced St Enoch Centre, Glasgow shop.
What we are looking from our Shop Manager
- Lead by example and encourage your team to achieve your targets while providing amazing service to our customers
- Providing on the job coaching to your team, ensuring procedures are being followed
- Maximising sales opportunities by supporting stores ordering and minimising waste
- Expect to be working with your team daily and supporting and observing how they serve and deliver amazing customer service and feeding back when required.
- Ensure daily/weekly/periodically compliance tasks are completed to ensure we are compliant with food and health and safety procedures
- Complete Rotas for your team
- Handle Cash daily and count tills each day
Previous Experience- previous management/Bakery/barista experience is preferred, however if you are new to bakery and have a can do attitute and work etchic and looking to progress your career then lets have a conversation as full training will be given.
