Job Title: Live Chat Agent
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working
Salary: Up to £24k basic + bonus + benefits
We are looking to recruit a Live Chat Agent to join our existing Marketing Team based in Milton Keynes on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who visit our website and other social media platforms. You will be responsible for helping prospective clients find the information they need in a timely and effective manner whilst generating initial enquiries into sales leads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day cover of web chat and other associated platforms
- Ensure clients are responded to efficiently and accurately
- Continuously act as a BSI ambassador and ensure all clients receive the best customer experience
- Engage with internal colleagues across sales and marketing teams
- Supporting the sales function in the achievement of sales results in-line with departmental objectives
- To ensure offline message are handled promptly and appropriately
About you:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels including presentation skills
- Proven experience in a customer centric role
- Excellent networker and relationship builder
- Ability to conduct research using; CRM, internal/external data and the internet
