The Role
Sustained successful growth means that we’re looking for an outgoing individual with experience of working in a busy office environment, to lead a small team of administrators at our Redruth branch. Successful candidates will have wide ranging responsibilities across all administrative departments and functions. A varied workload including assisting the branch manager in achieving their goals by overseeing installation administration, managing colleagues, and developing a clear understanding of how to run a successful branch.
Experience of line management as well as administration would be an advantage, particularly within the fenestration, construction or manufacturing industry. But here at Camel we aren’t all about qualifications and former experience as we understand that sometimes its more about the individual, who has the ability to excel with our comprehensive training, guidance and support offered.
