This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic firm, in stunning offices in the city and receive excellent training. They are offering a competitive salary + hybrid working. This role would suit a candidate with 1 years patent administrative experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary and deadline management
- Filing applications
- Updating the CRM
- Preparing bundles
- Billing and WIP reports
- Organising client meetings/lunches
- Fee earners travel arrangements
- General administration
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 1 years experience in a similar role within a law firm
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A CIPA administrators certification would be advantageous
