About the Healthcare Assistant Position
Salary: £11.00 to £14.00 per hour
Hours: Days & Waking Nights
Location: Dudley
We are looking to recruit dedicated Health Care Assistants to provide complex care to a young boy who lives with his family and pet dogs in the Dudley area of the West Midlands.
As a Health Care Assistant you will be there providing support with all manual handling, dietary and medicinal needs via his PEG, administering prescribed rescue medication due to epileptic seizures.
Our client is a fun loving little boy whom enjoys the company of others and enjoys listening to his music. Although he is unable to verbalize his needs and wishes he is very good at communicating these with the use of facial gestures and sounds.
Play and stimulation are will also be required to engage with this little boy each day, arts and crafts, messy play and more fun loving activities
Healthcare Assistants ideally will have worked with similar clinical complex care, however full complex care training and support will be provided to you.

- Acquired Brain Injury
