Trainee Composite Trimmer

We have opportunities for a Trainee Trimmer to join our company at our Brackley site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.
This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:

Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Excellent accuracy level
- Constant aware of health and safety
SKILLS:
Have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry.- Has good hand eye co-ordination.
- Can follow written and verbal instructions.
- Someone who is practical and enjoys practical working.
- Has a positive attitude.
