We are looking for a part time legal admin assistant to join our team.
Experience not needed however; experience in a legal claims sector is favoured.
Duties include:
- answering the telephone to clients, insurers, solicitors and courts
- dealing with queries over the phone and email
- assisting fee earners with their work load and performing ad-hoc tasks such as drafting documents, letters, chasing existing clients and insurers for updates / more information
- submitting new claims on the claims portal
- speaking to new clients and setting their cases up, ensuring checks are completed and information is accurate
Part Time - set working hours of 11-5 Monday to Thursday.
