Service Sales Executive

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an ambitious Service Sales Executive to join our growing UK-based cleaning company.

Our customers are already looking for cleaning services — your job is to understand what they need, present the right solution and turn the enquiry into a booking.

The Role

You’ll manage warm leads for our Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning services, building customer relationships and driving bookings through confident, consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services

• Build rapport and establish customer trust

• Follow up with prospects and close opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Handle objections and customer queries

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

• OTE R25,000+ per month

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

2. Excellent written and verbal English

3. Able to work independently in a remote environment

4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

5. Resilient and calm when handling rejection

6. Proven phone-based sales success

7. Demonstrated ability to meet targets

8. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

9. Experience with CRM systems

10. Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills

11. Own reliable laptop or desktop
