Fig Tree Games is a family run business in Jubilee Market, Covent Garden. We sell a variety of Puzzles, Games, Playing Cards, Model Kits and Toy Soldiers. Our store is customer-centric with an active role in selling and demonstrating the shop's products.
We are hiring a Sales Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, energetic and outgoing, with a background in customer service and sales. The successful Sales Assistant must be able to create a warm and inviting environment for customers and be able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Daily set up and packing away of shop front
- Communicating clearly and helping customers
- Processing deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Keeping shop displays replenished to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Managing storage
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy
- Being aware of security hot spots in the shop
- Handling cash and card payments
- Cashing up till
- Basic administration skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
