About the Role
We have two opportunities for Flexible Production Operatives to join our team, they are:
4 full-time permanent role Monday-Friday on a three-shift pattern including nights.
Skills Required
You…
· Will preferably have proven FMCG experience.
· Will be thorough, professional and care about the safety of yourself and others.
· Will have a good understanding of Health & Safety processes and procedures.
· Will demonstrate a good understand of Good Manufacturing Principles.
· Will be able to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
· Will have strong communication skills.
· Have a proven track record of solving problems and exploring how things work, whilst continually thinking of new ideas to improve safety, quality, and performance to meet consumer needs.
· Will be adaptable and flexible as you may be required to work in different areas of the department and plant.
· Will have accountability to achieve performance targets by operating machines and systems.
· Possess a proven ability to ensure the process runs at its optimum, producing a high-quality product and coordinating actions where necessary on your line.
· Will have a desire to progress and develop your career
· Will preferably have an FLT licence (although not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,372.00-£28,000.00 per year
