We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with meat, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming and preparing meat for sale, as well as providing customer service and advice on the best cuts of meat. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and bone meat according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Follow food safety protocols and regulations.
- Weigh, wrap, and label meat products for sale.
- Operate meat slicing and grinding machines.
- Provide customer service to customers in the shop.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week
