We are currently recruiting for Wholesale Plant Nursery workers to support a family owned nursery located in West Sussex for their approaching busy season.
Successful candidates must be reliable, hardworking and available 5 days a week. Having your own transport is essential.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided on site.
You will be joining the team at the nursery to work in the greenhouses and outside. Your duties will include:
- Planting
- Potting
- Picking/ packing
- Labelling
- Transporting trolleys and moving pots
You must be physically fit as you will be on your feet all day.
It is a Monday- Friday 40h working week with potential overtime available. You will earn a minimum of £416 per week! Overtime will be paid at an hourly rate of £10.42 x 1.5
This is a temporary, ongoing position estimated to last through the busy summer season.
Pay rates are in line with The National Statutory Living wage.
