We are holding an insight recruitment day on Wednesday 31st May from during which you'll have the chance to get a feel for the environment you'll be working in, the culture at the site, learn more about the role, and interview for it.

Pay Rate: £11.94 per hour
Earning potential: £16.11 per hour
Hours: 16:00 - 12:30am
Shift Pattern: Any 5 out 7
Performance Bonus: Up to £240
Upon success at application stage:
· An email inviting you to book your own personal slot for our Insight day
· Once you have selected your time you will receive a call from one of our Talent team to confirm your attendance, check you have everything you need along with any questions you might have.
The insight recruitment day:
· A tour around the site
· A meet and greet with the team
· A site presentation
· An interview
Typically you’ll receive feedback on your interview within 48 hours of the insight day.
Whats the opportunity?
We are looking for people who enjoy being a team player in an active role and a fast paced environment. You will play a key role working as part of a warehouse team in a chilled environment (we'll provide appropriate uniform). The role will include handling goods from intake through to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles whilst adhering to our health & safety culture at site. Scanning and picking different products and moving stock around while working with our heavily invested modern electronic voice equipment.
What you’ll be doing
Using your voice headset, you will be given tasks to accurately locate, once validated you will safely transport the product and prepare them for dispatch. You will safely and efficiently unload and load inbound and outbound delivery vehicles as well as check the product from suppliers.
