Lorry Driver / HGV Driver (Bishopton Depot)
The Hamilton Ross Group are leading suppliers of Agricultural, Groundcare and Construction machinery in Central Scotland.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Lorry Driver who will be responsible for delivering brand leading agricultural, groundcare and construction machinery to customers across Central Scotland.
You will report to our Head Office in Bishopton and will frequently travel to our six depots across the Central Belt when needed. Daily tasks and activities include loading and unloading the lorry, ensuring machinery and equipment is delivered safely to our customers and reporting to our Bishopton Service Department.
In this role you will work a standard 39 hour week Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 with potential for overtime to meet the needs of the business. The majority of work would not require overnight stays, although they may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Full UK Drivers Licence and Class 1 / C+E Licence
- Driver CPC Certification
- 12 Months of HGV Experience
- HIAB Crane Certification & Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience with agricultural machinery beneficial
