Responsibilities
- To prepare and cook dishes from our cafe menu, including full English breakfast, muffins, pancakes to paninis, salads and jacket potatoes
- To undertake any catering task as directed by the Manager
- To complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, wastage, and cleaning schedules
- Must follow EHO guidlines to 5 star standard
- To ensure minimal wastage, implementing ideas for reducing waste wherever possible
- Assist in the effective management of stock and portion control
- Ensure all equipment is in a safe working order
- To ensure that the kitchen is maintained in a clean, organised manner and that all food safety and health and safety policies/procedures are followed
- To communicate to the team and clients in a polite manner
- To listen and forward any customer suggestions or complaints to the Line Manager
- To undertake washing up and cleaning as required
Experience
Applicants must have proven experience for this role.

Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
