Top Job! Norland Nanny required for live out or live in job in Horley nr Banbury Oxfordshire 808264
This lovely family are looking for an excellent full-time , sole charge nanny to join their family. They live in a beautiful Georgian house in Horley close to the Cotswolds and surrounding towns, with lots of space and gardens, and say that their relaxed and happy home is very important to them.
Nanny required to care for three children, a boy born September 2018 and a girl born October 2020 and a girl born June 2022. The role will be sole charge and the working hours will be 7:30am to 7pm four to five days a week Mon- Thursday (essential) Friday (optional). A driver is essential the family could provide a nanny car for use Monday- Friday if needed. The family also employ a nanny on Friday and Saturday and a housekeeper four days a week. Role can be live out or live in with Nanny bedroom, small private sitting room and private bathroom available.
The eldest son is at nursery Tuesdays Thursdays and Fridays and will start school after the summer holidays. Parents drop off from 8.30am most days and would need help with a 3.30pm pick up ( 15 mins away) so most of the day would be caring for the younger two children who are at home. (middle child due to begin 1-2 nursery days after Christmas)
Both parents own their own fashion business together and work in the head office ten minutes away, and are looking for someone to have sole charge of the children whilst they are at work. The parents are excited to find a happy, kind, professional, positive and caring nanny to care for their children. It is important to them that the children eat healthy food, enjoy the outdoors and they encourage a firm but fair approach to discipline.
All the children are in excellent routines and sleep well the family are looking for someone who can help to ensure the children are able to continue the classes and groups they love from swimming, gymnastics, ballet mud cubs etc and appropriate classes where needed. There is a great nanny network locally and lots of other families with nannies that forms a great friendship group for the children.
The successful candidate will be offered 33 days holiday a year (pro-rata) to include the 8 UK bank holidays and this fantastic opportunity offers a salary of £65K gross per annum depending on experience. Please get in touch ASAP if you meet the requirements and would like to apply!
