Group Human Resource Manager
As Group HR Manager, you will develop and implement a winning HR strategy across all operational areas within the business. At present this comprises Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel, Eden Hall Day Spa and Barons Eden Head Office but may include other locations in the future.

Your skills and expertise:
Experience within the hospitality is a necessity and you will have experience working with senior teams to drive the success of business.
You will have provided guidance and leadership on all aspects of the key risk areas of Human Resources.
You will be know how to lead the strategic development across the range of Human Resource areas and can ensure that HR policies and procedures are legally compliant.
You will know how to set strategic priorities and contribute to planning, processes and provide strategic advice and guidance to Heads of department on the key risk areas linked to Human Resources issues.
Additionally, you will have experience in the management and development of staff within HR and have been responsible for analysing workloads and ensuring a fair and equitable distribution of workload.
You will have lead implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols and standards in relation to HR, and have owned the development and implementation of HR Strategy as a key enabler of the company’s strategic plan, and will have played an active role in supporting the effective management of change advising on strategies to achieve high levels of commitment to achieving agreed outcomes.
