The Role

Due to an increase in clients, we are looking for an outgoing and ambitious Finance Apprentice to join our team. This role will appeal to someone who has recently left school and is looking to start a career in accounting or alternatively a recent Graduate. We will enrol you in a Finance Apprenticeship Scheme at Level 2 or 3 or 7.
In this role you need to ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meet client deadlines - this may include needing to be flexible with working hours and act in a professional way at all times, in the way expected of a Professional Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Assistant Accountant include, but are not limited to:
· Working across a diverse range of multiple clients.
· Purchase Invoice processing and payments.
· Sales Invoice issuing and credit control.
· Bank receipts and bank payments posting.
· Payroll Processing.
· Prepayments and Accruals.
· Fixed Assets.
· Statutory accounts preparation.
