The candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX in Residential Property - All PQE considered
- Experience in managing a varied caseload
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
Job Description:
- Handle own caseload within Freehold and Leasehold Purchases and Sales, Re-Mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership to include Staircasing, New Build Property (including Help to Buy), Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Equity Release.
- Use the case management efficiently – Redbrick is used by the Conveyancing team
- Building good relations and regular communications with local estate agents and contacts
- Supervise your support team member and delegate tasks
