KOR Financial is a young company with a big vision for disruption in the institutional financial service industry and a plan to make it happen. We're looking for a Head of Marketing to develop and drive our marketing strategy and execution globally. You will be responsible for brand building and campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and your other identified channels.
As Head of Marketing you get to operate in a highly creative, fast moving and meaningful space. Our clients love using our product that is highly contrasted and disruptive to the competition. We don’t expect you to know it all, but your natural desire to adapt, learn and grow will fit in perfectly to our culture and style.
KOR operates as a fully remote and globally distributed team. This role is best filled by a European based candidate, though we're open minded to other locations for the right person.
You’ll spend your time
- Planning and driving a multi-campaign and brand marketing strategy from end to end
- Managing our selected channels including website, social, email, community, events and media
- Owner, developer and minder of our brand voice and upholding an exceptional level of visual quality
- Cross-functional alignment on company / product initiatives and client experience
- Martech to deliver and track execution
- Tracking competitor and industry marketing trends
You should apply if you have
- 10+ years of marketing professional experience
- Early/ growth company experience in the B2B/FinTech space within the last 3 years
- Demonstrated track record as an individual contributor
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A start-up mentality - not afraid to test out innovative ideas, roll up your sleeves to get stuff done
We’d especially love to hear from you if you
- Come from an agency background looking to take your talents to a product company
- You're currently are or most recently were the #1 or #2 product marketer at your company looking for a new or bigger challenge
- Have SaaS platform marketing experience
And lastly
- We make heavy use of a 'video on' virtual ‘Zoom Office' to replicate a physical office and its micro and casual conversations.
