About the role:
- Proactively managing your own caseload of property litigation files , dealing with boundary disputes, nuisance claims etc within a team of case handlers
- Advising the client and/or our worksource on the best course of action for claims
- Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, solicitors and other parties;
- Pursuing claims effectively and making full use of our case management system;
- Complying with agreed client service standards and internal targets;
- Dealing with any other administration as required.
About you:
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Ability to analyse and research legal issues and use your initiative;

Desirable:
- Law degree or CILEx studies are preferable
- Previous case handling experience is an advantage, but full training will be given.
