Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously collecting and returning customer cars between the airport and the parking yard, which is approximately 6 miles each way.
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, sedans, SUVs, and more, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride for passengers and their vehicles.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient and timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Coordinate with airport staff and follow designated protocols to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care for the vehicles entrusted to your care.
- Follow established safety procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers, fellow team members, and the general public.
- Assist with any additional tasks or duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Valid and clean driving license.
- Excellent driving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work morning, day, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have licence for minimum 3 years older.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Attention to detail to ensure the safe handling and care of customer vehicles.
- Previous experience in valet parking or a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
