We specialise in hiring exceptional leaders for multi-billion pound revenue companies in the Automotive and FMCG industries across Europe and USA. You will join our industry-leading training programme which is proven to produce top billers, even without any prior recruitment experience.
Main scope of responsibilities:
- Headhunting, engaging and interviewing candidates
- Cold calling to reach target candidates
- Building searches on platforms such as Linkedin
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Working closely with Directors and Senior Managers to grow our client’s teams
Ideal candidate:
- Confident with effective communication skills both face-to-face and by phone
- Strong work ethic – we like people who are prepared to go above and beyond to achieve their goals
- Desire to learn and grow
- Previous sales experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
