Responsibilities:
- Crop maintenance: Assisting with planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Irrigation: Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure plants receive adequate water.
- Pest control: Identifying and addressing pests and diseases to protect the crops.
- Equipment operation: Operating farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- General farm tasks: Assisting with general farm maintenance, fence repair, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and an interest in learning more.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the farm.
