About Our Client
My client is a well known public institute with a HQ in London. This role is fully remote.
Job Description
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of GoCardless
- Reconciliation of SagePay
- Reconciliation of Paypal
- Reconciliation of the Fixed Assets and accounting for new additions, disposals, etc
- Reconciliation of the Creditors analysis
- Assisting with month end reconciliations and helping to improve current templates
- Assisting with the VAT returns
- Assisting with processing financial transactions, for example general journals, payroll journals, balance sheet journals etc
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will come from a strong finance background with excellent knowledge of reconciliations.
- Knowledge of working with different income streams and multiple payment platforms
- Understanding and experience of reconciling the Creditors analysis and what action is required to correct balances
- Preference would be to have someone with charity finance background
- Advanced user of Excel and is able to demonstrate attention to detail
- Knowledge of Business Central would be a great advantage
