We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy team.
The role:
- To deal with with incoming enquiries via phone and email.
- To maintain a high standard of communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- To promote Peters products and services to potential customers.
- To determine quick fixes for immediate issues.
- To act as the “voice of the customer” within the company.
- To follow established procedures for logging, processing, and chasing queries and orders to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and other quality standards.
- To provide administrative support to the wider business
About you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrable ability to prioritise workload.
- To be computer literate and familiar Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- First class attention to detail.
- To be well organised, with good time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or distressed customers.
