Role: Property Photographer / Floor Planner
Location: Putney office; appointments around London
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Salary: £22,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year
We are looking to recruit a new London-based photographer and floor planner!
Pixangle Property Marketing is a small, friendly, Southwest London-based business, producing and providing beautiful property photography, floor plans and other marketing material to agents and developers. We take pride in the quality and precision of our work, and are looking for a conscientious individual who will do the same.
This role involves photographing properties of all shapes and sizes, and editing the images using Photoshop. Our photographers also measure and draw properties to produce floor plans. You will be required to have experience in property photography and photo editing to a high standard. Floor planning experience would be ideal, though not essential as training can be provided.
We require our photographers to attain a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification to produce Energy Performance Certificates – already holding this qualification would be ideal, but if not full training will be provided.
The role also includes potential further development in design and camera work.
We’re looking for someone with plenty of energy and patience, who prefers being out and about to being in an office and likes having a varied schedule. Enthusiasm for interior photography and experience with SLR cameras is a must!
Required personal qualities include a practical approach, a positive attitude, good initiative, punctuality, and sensitivity whilst working in private homes.
Familiarity with Photoshop is essential.
NOTE: You MUST be able to provide and ride your own scooter for this role, as this is essential for getting around London to appointments. You will be afforded a monthly allowance separate to your salary to cover fuel and maintenance.
