We are reinventing how the world produces food ingredients, replacing scarce and unsustainable raw materials with scalable, clean, and delicious alternatives. Our first product, a cocoa-free chocolate, is just the beginning. Our ambition is to build a new global champion in food ingredients.
At Planet A Foods, you'll join a bold, highly committed, international team of scientists, engineers, operators, and industry experts united by one goal: creating real, measurable planetary impact.
As our Working Student you will be the operational backbone of our People & Culture team. You will dive straight into our systems, take ownership of our HR tool landscape, and keep our Planegg/Munich office running smoothly.
A Taste of What to Expect
- Act as our Personio superuser by auditing and optimizing workflows, cleaning up employee data, and standardizing HR templates
- Own onboarding logistics by organizing and preparing everything needed for a seamless first day
- Support our recruiting activities by coordinating interviews, screening applications, and managing candidate communication
- Keep office life running smoothly from daily operations like mail and supplies to organizing snack and drink deliveries and other team benefits
- Help plan and execute company events, from small culture initiatives to bigger celebrations
- Support merch ordering and organization, so our team always looks and feels the part
- Take ownership of small projects and process improvements wherever they arise
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
Solid prior HR experience through at least one previous internship or working student role in HR or other Backoffice function, allowing you to easily skip the basics and hit the ground running
Practical Personio experience including a strong understanding of how to map workflows, manage data attributes, and optimize HR templates
A reliable on-site presence at our office in Munich-Planegg on your agreed working days, as being close to the team and office operations is key for this role
A proactive, hands-on mindset where you naturally take initiative, whether that means streamlining a spreadsheet or keeping our office spaces organized and welcoming
Strong communication skills in both English and German to interact seamlessly with our international team and local partner
Currently enrolled as a university student, with availability of 14–20 hours per week during the semester
