You’ll be caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways. From taking them out and about, to doing the weekly shop, from medication support to personal and dementia care, it’s all similar to what you’d expect to provide for your own family and loved ones.
You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Chippenham & North Wiltshire as a community care assistant - we have a generously paid, easy to follow Induction Programme for all starters. You will though need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
We’d especially love to hear from you if you have previous care or health experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.
