Ward Sister/Charge Nurse | New Hall Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours
We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior/Sister Registered Nurse to join the busy Ward. We are able to support training and development to new candidates to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality. The successful applicants will need to demonstrate
- An excellent and high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes
- Patients health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload
- Communicates delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team
- Develop excellent working relationships
- Maintain excellent standards with infection control
