Resolute Contract Cleaning are seeking experienced individuals to join our growing team of Serviced Accommodation cleaners within Central Birmingham City Centre.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 10.30am to 16:30pm
Salary: £11.46 Per hour - 10% over 2023 Minimum Wage Increase
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Resolute Contract Cleaning launched in 2018 striving to improve the standards of Serviced Cleaning and to provide client confidence by using the latest cleaning technology. Since founding, we continue to grow exponentially, and are seeking to grow our team.
Providing a cleaning service for Serviced Apartments (Air B&B) is not your usual cleaning job, it involves working in multiple different locations each day from a base office; working alongside office staff that will co-ordinate all cleaning requirements with Clients.
We need pro-active Cleaners that will be required to undertake apartment/houses cleaning and staging the properties in preparation for guests arrival. Staging includes, linen changes, towel set ups, hotel style toiletries in the bathrooms, topping up tea, coffee, sugar, monthly changing air fresheners and some Clients require items such as Ring door cameras to be recharged occasionally.
Ideal candidates will;
- have an understanding from this job application what being a Serviced Apartment cleaner involves.
- have a clear understanding of cleaning expectations, ideally have some cleaning experience.
- strive to provide perfect cleans for all our clients, as it is a hospitality industry cleaning role the standards have to be high.
- flexibility required for position
- thrive in fast paced environments
We will;
- provide a contract, this position is NOT self employed
- train to Resolute Company Standards with all courses included
