Sky Garden have 2 distinct areas of service – one where a bartender can showcase their skills in the most traditional sense and within our restaurants where a more dispense style of service is necessary.
In both cases our bartenders contribute to menu creation and are offered opportunity for further development – either through WSET courses or through managerial progression.
Wherever you employ your talent with us, we are looking for bartenders with an excellent knowledge of classic cocktails to bring their personality and communicative skills to enrich our guests’ experience. Similarly, we’re just as keen on less experienced candidates with basic drinks knowledge and a great attitude. Whatever your level of experience, we want to hear from you.
