Satyrio is looking for an experienced, organized restaurant manager to join the team. Energy and a solid attitude are crucial for this role as a key part of management, and working closely with the GM you’ll support our FOH team to make sure we’re delivering a brilliant experience for all our guests.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum 3 years’ experience leading a high-quality restaurant
- Knowledge of Italian food, drinks, and wines
- WSET (level 2 minimum) and/or AIS Diploma
- Solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress
- Strong business, organisational and analytical skills
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Right to work in the UK
