The Company:
- Supplier of branded and own label products into all major retailers
The Role:
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of all food safety, quality, and hygiene procedures across the site.
- Assist the Technical Manager in preparing the site for all external and internal auditing and accreditation.
- As part of the HACCP team, you will enforce a strong HACCP culture and train on CCPs and check all related paperwork is up to date.
- Deliver training on all food safety matters including the policies and procedures.
The Person:
- Degree educated in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
- 1+ year experience in a food technical role
- Knowledge of HACCP, Auditing, Food Safety.
- Excellent communication skills, well organised and a resilient strong work ethic
