You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, work well on your own and be a strong team player. A terrific telephone manner and a basic excel knowledge, would be advantageous as well as previous experience, although you will be taught everything that you’ll need to know to do the job, we just need the right sort of personality to fit with our existing team.
