Food & Beverage Assistant

Part-time & Full-time positions available on a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are looking for passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage Assistants to work as part of a team driving customer excellence throughout our new offerings. You will be expected to lead by example and ensure business needs are met whilst promoting our vision and values.
Main duties:
- Provide a first class passenger experience
- Maintain a good knowledge of all our Retail, Food and Beverage Products and actively upsell to our customers
- You will work front of house offering retail, bar and table service to take passenger orders and serve their food and drink
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in working within a food & beverage environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be educated to GCSE level or above
- Hold an awareness of environment health guidelines
- Have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
