Duties
· Providing first class customer service to web and IT clients
· Dealing with customer calls and actioning, forwarding or scheduling as required.
· Providing design and website development services on Wordpress and OpenCart
· Work with Windows and Mac operating systems to solve customer IT issues
Person Specification
· Unrestricted right to work in the UK
· A full UK Driving license for occasional visits to clients premises, using a company vehicle
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, using English
· Exceptional IT knowledge
· Experience using and working with Wordpress and Opencart web platforms
· IT Support desk experience
· An ability to problem solve and work alone or with a team.
