We are looking for a New supervisor to help lead a diverse bar & waiting team, with experience in a high volume operation, who cultivates a continuous development cycle, with high attention to detail.
Opportunities to help develop our business as we expand our offer to include a cellar bar event space and our garden street food offer. In addition to our commercial and corporate events including weddings and conferences for the likes of Amazon and Deloitte.

The Role
The Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent service in our brasserie and bar. Working as a team to deliver excellent results.
- Proactive contributor to the day-to-day operation of the Orator.
- Work as a team to deliver an excellent experience for our customers
- Deal with any complaints effectively and positively.
- Oversee the smooth running of the Orator and its events / cellar bar
- Contribute to ensuring high standards are kept throughout the operation.
- Work closely with development of our team
