Your role as chef:
Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion- Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
- Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
- Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 months chef experience
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
- A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
