I need someone from the hours of 7pm to 9pm. Week 1 and 3 -Wednesday, Thursday,Friday and Saturday.
Week 2 and 4 - Wed, Thur and Sunday 7pm to 9pm. On Saturday 8pm to 10pm
From 7 to 8pm I need someone to assist me with food and a drink and to help with my magazines if I am reading or with the tv. At 8pm a second carer arrives to help get me ready for bed this entails brushing teeth, hoisting, toileting, getting into bed, putting on pyjamas and washing. When all done the second carer stays on to look after me until 10pm when night staff arrives.
