We Love Pets, a reputable pet care company based in Hatfield Peverel, is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as part-time House Sitters. As a House Sitter, you will have the opportunity to earn extra income by providing reliable and trustworthy house sitting services. We are looking for individuals that can do a live-in role, staying in customers houses while they are away. This could be for anything from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on how long the customer is away for.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and attention to clients' homes, ensuring the property is secure and well-maintained during their absence.
- Follow detailed instructions provided by clients regarding the care of their pets, including feeding, exercise routines, and administering medication if necessary.
- Engage in playtime and provide companionship to pets, ensuring their emotional well- being.
- Keep the house clean and tidy, performing light household chores such as watering plants, collecting post, and taking out the rubbish.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with manager, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
- Genuine love for pets and a keen interest in their welfare.
- Previous experience in pet care or house sitting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and provide the required level of care for various types of pets.
- Responsible and trustworthy, with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills to stay in touch with manager regarding any issues.
- Flexibility to accommodate various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation is advantageous.
