Customer Service Assistant

Our SPAR convenience stores are more than just a local shop and as a member of our team, you will have a really important role to play in delighting our customers and positively contributing to the local community and the running of our business. We are now offering an exciting and varied Part Time contract for a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) to cover various shifts which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Therefore, if you have a passion for retail and customer service, we have the right job for you!
Do you have:
- A 'can do' attitude.
- A clear understanding of what customer service means and why it is so important.
- The ability to work closely with a team.
- Great communication skills and a passion for your local community.
- Flexibility to work shifts which may include early starts, late finishes or weekends.
- Successful completion of the probationary period will require you to pass P250 check.

Hourly rates of pay: £10.42 per hour (aged 23 +), £10.18 per hour (aged 21-22), £7.49 per hour (aged 18-20)
