We are pleased to announce we have a vacancy for a Maintenance Team member to join our busy team at Brean.
Brean Sands Park has 691 apartments, on-site bars and restaurants and extensive grounds. We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Person on to join our team
As Maintenance Person, you will be required to;
Conduct general Park maintenance inside and out.
Have a basic knowledge of Plumbing/Carpentry/Wall Tiling/Decorating skills.
Work on your own initiative.
Communicate effectively with both the public and work colleagues.
Be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions relevant to your area of work.
Adhere to all current legislation pertaining to fire, health and safety regarding the workplace.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working within the field of maintenance & repairs. You will be able to work independently and work effectively towards deadlines.
