Our client based in Rainham is looking for an experienced administrator with strong MS skills for a busy industrial sales and service centre. This position is to start immediately.

Maintaining Data Bases
Planning of work schedules for Engineers
Booking in jobs for clients
Handling of general enquires and queries via email
Processing of order
The applicant
MS Packages skills
Experience in Excel
Quick to learn new systems
Due to location must hold a valid driving licence and have own vehicle to travel to and from work client location RM13
Must be able to work without supervision
Attention to detail
Knowledge of team's calls
