The Savanna, the leading African Food Retailer, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and sociable Butcher to join our expanding team at our production facility located in Wimbledon.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, covering various aspects such as:
- Preparing meat for slicing or mincing
- Operating slicing and mincing machines
- Familiarization with HACCP and SALSA procedures
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Involvement in the development of new products

While knowledge of African food products is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
